On 20th of Dec 2006 , Taman Merdeka was flooded incuding my house....nearly 2 feet (outside upto waist height).....I was unable to take photo on that day since electricity was cut off and everything went so fast,,,,,,After run for our live with Estima which was moved to safe area b4 situation get worse........I came back 3 days after on Friday afternoon (23rd Dec) to re start a new life again....... Series of CT from day of admission till post craniectomy day 10
Note the initial CT with swirl sign"danger sign of EDH" hypodense within EDH
Rapidly enlarged followed by developing of new ICB on the right with SDH
Post cranictomy left EDH resolved but Rt ICB replaced by infarcted brain.
Patient recover but with Left hemiplegia.
